Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 8oz jar carrot cake jam
For the Crust
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla optional

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan to bake the toaster strudel
  • 1 Rolling Pin to roll out the dough
  • 1 knife to cut the dough into rectangles
  • 1 spoon to mix the glaze
  • 2 bowls to make the dough and the glaze
